  • In my coaching practice, I empower clients to take their health into their own hands by using a holistic approach - developing individualized and sustainable lifestyle practices to address unique health concerns. While we will definitely touch on diet and exercise, my coaching strategy covers other often forgotten aspects of holistic health like stress management, sleep, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

    • Health is bioindividual. What works for one person may not work for another. One person's medicine could be another's poison and vice-versa.

    • There isn't always a "right" way to do things. Trial and error looks different for everyone.

    • Consistency is key.

    • In order for changes to occur, they need to be sustainable. If you aren't enjoying yourself chances are these changes won't last. Have fun while you embark on your health journey!!
