Homemade Blood sugar Balancing Ginger ale

I make this drink often and it has helped with my inflammation & bloating so much! Most of the canned ginger ales are filled with high fructose corn syrup or don’t even contain real ginger & will actually leave you feeling worse in the long run!! Make this easy concoction at home which is known to lower inflammation, soothe any bloating or digestive discomfort, balance blood sugar, reduce nausea & many more benefits.


RECIPE
1 cup cut up ginger 🫚
2 cups filtered water
1tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1tbsp raw honey (local is best!)
juice of one lemon
sparkling water

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil
Chop up ginger, add to water & let simmer for 20-30min
Strain ginger concentrate into cup (let it cool if you’re patient unlike me haha)
Combine all ingredients together then add sparkling water, mix up with a straw & drink up 🥂✨
