Fruit Gummies

Gelatin is a gut-loving superfood that makes the easiest homemade gummies—no weird ingredients, just pure goodness! I made these with cranberry for a little urinary health boost, but you can use any tea, juice, or spice to fit your needs. Sweeten (or don’t) and make them your way! Recipe on my website!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cold/ room temp water

3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (brands I like: Perfect Supplements, Thrive Market)

2 cups liquid of choice (fruit juice, tea, milk…)

2 tbsp honey

Directions:

*sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5min as it blooms

*in a small pot, heat the juice and honey together over medium heat until the honey is fully dissolved

*slowly whisk in the bloomed gelatin into the warm liquid until it fully dissolves and is incorporated into the liquid

*pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

*once the mixture has set, cut into squares & enjoy!
