Go-To Beef Chuck Roast Recipe

Grass Fed Chuck Roast or Stew Meat

Smoked Paprika

Coriander

Salt

Pepper

Olive Oil

Yellow Onion 

Garlic

Carrots

Celery

Potatoes

2tbsp balsamic vinegar

2tbsp tamari or soy sauce

1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar

3 cups broth or water (enough to cover the meat)

Cut the meat into chunks and coat with olive oil, smoked paprika, coriander, sea salt & pepper. 

Melt olive oil & butter on medium high heat in a ceramic or stainless steal pot. Once the oil is hot, brown each side of the meat on medium high heat. Remove from heat.

Add chopped onions & mix until translucent then add garlic, then celery, carrots
& potatoes. Cook on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. 

Add the balsamic vinegar and Tamara & white wine vinegar. 

Add the meat back into the pot & cover with broth or water. Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes then down to a simmer for at least 4 hours.
